Going back to when my wife proposed Louisiana as a place to move to, I summarized where they rank last in QOL.

@SECRET_ASIAN_MAN Sam, the idiots are no longer one per village. Additionally they have proliferated. I lived in Ann Arbor, it was nice, progressive too. BUT the same state includes Howell which is the epicenter of assholism.
