Going back to when my wife proposed Louisiana as a place to move to, I summarized where they rank last in QOL.
"And the people there are backwards."

"And if you don't care...you're backwards too." 😯
Oh, I offended her. We later talked it out and I didn't lose any teeth. 🤔
But also, Louisiana will never be brought up again.
