Ankle is *almost* healed... which is the riskiest part of healing. Makes it much easier to overestimate what I can do.

I can walk fine, for a few yards. I still have to be careful when I turn. (No pain, but I get unsteady.) Keep crossing my ankles without thinking about it, but then after a few minutes it's suddenly very painful.

KT tape has helped a lot, though I've gone through a lot of it because I'm not great at applying it.

@tyghebright Might unhelpful advice Balance board to get the mobility back. I'm talking sit in the chair and use it to start.

That is absolutely part of my plans, but not for another week or two.

Right now, I'm tracing the alphabet with my foot in the air. Helps with mobility, without putting any pressure on the joint.

Also, much more challenging than it sounds (for me, since I'm basically a marshmallow) and I'm now doing it with both feet a couple of times a day.
