I may or may not have the answer right away, but if not I can find it quicker than most.
You'll see an account called TheF0rgiver show up in her mentions from time to time. That's Sarah Nagy, both a stalker (long time Mensch ally) and a victim herself (of both Mensch and William Welna). Mensch and Nagy/Welna are currently feuding with each other.

Interesting to see that many of the captured tweets are already deleted--I didn't realize how quickly she would remove stuff she said.

@Render Yup. I’m following it for comedy value. 80% on the time I have no clue what’s it’s babbling on about nor do I care. But it’s entertaining watching try to bait the boss man. Sure is crazy as a box of frogs.
