@sw00p Yes, but it was the Sun God, birthed by the Moon Goddess. Every time Christians see my button that says "My Goddess gave birth to Your God", they look at me so funny... they'll go back and get some friends, but I'm usually gone by then.

FUX News started the so-called "War on Christmas", ignorant of the fact that not everybody in the world celebrates The Birth of Jesus, and that story itself is a Plagiarism of the birth of Horus as well as other solar messiahs.

I don't mind when somebody says "Merry Christmas" to me. But when I say, "Season's Greetings" or "Happy Holidays" or "Blessed Yule" or "Blessed Solstice" to someone, some people lose their fucking minds & start playing the victim.

If I say, "Blessed Chanukah" to a Jewish friend, or "Blessed Kwanza" to an African friend, or "Happy Solstice" to an Atheist friend, Fundies get up in my face about it.

Next one that does it is getting bitch-slapped. There is no War on Christmas. Turn off FUX News!

Okay Georgia, you have one other task to do now... get rid of that raggedy far-right blonde QAnon bitch with piss & vinegar running through her varicose veins!

So, Hershal Walker lost his Erection?

Good. It lasted more than four hours & he never saw a doctor.

Also, Richard Donner was one of my favorite directors. His work serves as an influence on me.

Terence Stamp (Zod) & Sarah Douglas (Ursa) are still two of my favorite all time actors. Stamp played Bernedette in "Priscilla, Queen of The Desert", the post-op Transgender woman. And Sarah played the role of a Man who became a Woman in the BBC drama "Doctors".

I still like the Theatrical cut of Superman II, but after seeing the Richard Donner cut, I feel that version is Superior.

Thank you D.D.!

...slowly began to become interested in making the version he wanted to make & WB gave them Carte Blanche. Some of Richard Lester's material was retained, but heavily replaced.

Unlike Alexander Salkind, his son Ilya & producer Pierre Spengler stated there was no animosity between them & Donner.

Surviving cast members claimed that the new "Richard Donner Cut" was the definitive version of II. This was also Richard Donner's last project before retiring & sadly, he died on 07/05/2021 at age 91.

By request of @robfwtx Many know Superman II as the sequel that highlights General Zod, Ursa, & Non as the sexy BDSM supervillains, but also apparently where Alexander Salkind told Richard Donner to Fuck Off & replaced him with Richard Lester as director.

Donner actually left production as Superman I & II were being shot back to back & a Majority of film for II was Donner's.

Pressured by fans for a Donner Cut, Michael Thau found footage that has been unused & presented it to Donner, who...

Other than what flew through the newswire, I was finally able to watch the 188-Minute version of "Superman - The Movie" from 1978. I swear this must have been a workprint version that predates the 2000 Director's Cut & is called the "Salkind International Extended Cut" that aired in 1994 on KCOP in Los Angeles, CA.

At first, I thought it might have been a bootleg, but I found out it was in WB's vaults and restored for a BluRay release.

Quite a find and has the original SFX track intact.
