There is no way to functionality that involves McCarthy and his groveling surrender to the MAGA lunatics who just cost the Rs most of their midterm aims.

Some of the holdouts say they have "a deal on paper."

It's not expected to get to 218, regardless.

And it will undoubtedly give even more de facto power to the fringe loonies.

Kevin would be Speaker in name only, constantly at risk of collapse.
