@Notokay @Cachobweeney @LiberalLibrarian It always struck me as odd. I guess I've known too many professional musicians.
@LiberalLibrarian Afterlife is entertaining.
@LiberalLibrarian Maybe it was discounted because it was cursed.
Have you seen Ghostbusters Afterlife?
@LiberalLibrarian Ever wonder how the Sigourney Weaver character in Ghostbusters can afford a huge penthouse apartment as an orchestral cellist?
@LiberalLibrarian At least Woody Allen has the excuse of being mainly interested in Jewish NY and its legacy. "Friends" was supposed to be about the youth generation, as I understand it.
@LiberalLibrarian Never seen any of it.
@Alfred @LiberalLibrarian That is the correct answer. White vinegar is also by far the cheapest option, especially in bulk bottles.
@LiberalLibrarian Fox could never function with AI.
They would need AS (artificial stupidity), AD (artificial dishonesty), and AE (artificial evil).
Oh lord no.
I've seen the two surviving episodes of "The Underwater Menace." 'Menace' is the right word. Doctor Who doesn't get much worse than that, in any era.

@LiberalLibrarian Ooooh dear.
That's got to be one of the worst timed product naming decisions in all of corporate history.
@LiberalLibrarian Are you expecting someone specific, or just being generally wary?
@thedisasterautist It's the necessary underpinning of all CTs. Absence of evidence is proof the coverup. Direct contradiction of the CT by evidence proves forgery or deception.
@LiberalLibrarian I've wondered that so many times.
The media will desperately enjoy every second of "Hunter drama" and will be thrilled beyond belief that he will apparently go to trial.
But at the same time Weiss's elevation to special counsel just blew up almost every R conspiracy theory about the supposed political protection of Hunter.
And Weiss must now ultimately file a report explaining what he did NOT decide to charge. The transparency will further erode the conspiracy theories.
So, on balance, I'd say "good."
@LiberalLibrarian His fear and agitation have been clear in his public appearances also. Unusually so.
@LiberalLibrarian Chutkan has been a perfect picture of fairness in this hearing. She's denied several things the prosecution wanted, but is also completely intolerant of the defense "he has a right to say anything because he's campaigning" line.
Lauro keeps whining that any restriction is political interference, but she's having none of it. As she keeps saying, his defense has to happen in the courtroom, not on the internet.
@LiberalLibrarian It's broken.
Center-left academic type. Generally pissed about the state of the world but I know none of our endless crises are actually new because I'm a historian.
