Of 4 lunatic R lawsuits in AZ to try to throw out the election (that I know of) 2 were dismissed today.
The state Senate majority leader sued to have Lake named empress, er, governor, and his lawyer is so bad he failed to serve any of the defendants. Finchem sued to be made SoS after losing by 5 points, and that was just thrown out too.
NB that Finchem was originally joined in this insane suit by the R who lost to Ruben Gallego... by FIFTY FOUR POINTS.
He dropped out of the case before it was ruled upon. But he did initially sue to challenge the result.
Note: sanctions against the plaintiffs will be considered.
