Four years ago today on the banks of the North Saskatchewan River in Edmonton - one of the biggest build-ups of ice on the edge that I can remember.

This day in 2020 was not a good one for Edmonton's riverboat.
If I recall, it was the large chunks of ice in the river that pushed the boat up on to the shore. Damage meant it was out of commission that year.
