It was more about listening to someoneās client about how they wanted a segment of their custom software to function & why. Work flow logic was what needed to be relayed.

@Zaptrapped Thatās entirely different. I might actually be able to understand a bit of that, since I have helped design media campaigns, if that isnāt a translation between the clientās expectations and the end user needs, I donāt know what is.
@PurpleCow End user, in this instance would be, physicians.
Ease of use & logical workflow screens that are easily modified or editable to meet their needs. ie thereās more than hitting the bullet points for payment & maximization (Corp Clientās primary focus)
Itās one of the easier conversations to translate & problems to resolve.
