It was more about listening to someoneā€™s client about how they wanted a segment of their custom software to function & why. Work flow logic was what needed to be relayed.

@Zaptrapped Thatā€™s entirely different. I might actually be able to understand a bit of that, since I have helped design media campaigns, if that isnā€™t a translation between the clientā€™s expectations and the end user needs, I donā€™t know what is.

@PurpleCow End user, in this instance would be, physicians.
Ease of use & logical workflow screens that are easily modified or editable to meet their needs. ie thereā€™s more than hitting the bullet points for payment & maximization (Corp Clientā€™s primary focus)

Itā€™s one of the easier conversations to translate & problems to resolve.
