It was more about listening to someone’s client about how they wanted a segment of their custom software to function & why. Work flow logic was what needed to be relayed.

@Zaptrapped That’s entirely different. I might actually be able to understand a bit of that, since I have helped design media campaigns, if that isn’t a translation between the client’s expectations and the end user needs, I don’t know what is.

Ease of use & logical workflow screens that are easily modified or editable to meet their needs. ie there’s more than hitting the bullet points for payment & maximization (Corp Client’s primary focus)
It’s one of the easier conversations to translate & problems to resolve.
