Good morning!

With today being Sunday I should be doing all the boring housework type stuff that I cba to do mid work week, but instead I'm fannying around on here.

Yet another refugee from 'elsewhere', not been here long (an hour, maybe a bit longer) and I've already worked out it's worth some of my ££.

Had some great times 'elsewhere' but it's been years since I engaged to any degree. It's broken in new ways, but it's been trashed for a long time. Shame, but all things end.

Ok, where were we...

I'm seeing quite a few newbies (like me, Hi!) and it's not just me that's noticing the US-centric overall feel. Don't get me wrong, I like global, we're all connected bla bla bla, but I also want to see a little local. Some kind soul used the tag earlier, thank you for that.

I will follow people as part of gaining a bit more of a local vibe, but please don't feel I need the validation of following back. What with me being an adult and all.

I may bore the crap out of you, so if you followed but have regrets, undo that and go with a cheery wave from me :)

Some days I'm all British politics (don't set me off now, I'm trying to have a nice day) and some days I'm more 'OMG, I LOVE Jessica Wild's runway look!'. And on days with a Y in them I'm exhausted in this post-Covid (heh), right wing shitshow that I live in and I just can't be arsed with any of it. Including you.
