Good morning, "Nauts. It's a balmy 13 degrees right now here in Saginaw. I am home and will most likely stay home until Tuesday. Still waiting for that blizzard to hit. We got about 4" of snow overnight. I had wifey take my Kia to work. Thankfully she only works a mile down the road. How are things in your part of the world?

This storm that hasn't arrived yet, has now canceled Christmas with my wife's family. They are 45 minutes away and her mom didn't want anyone to travel there. Understandable but still sucks. Also, her mom will spend Christmas alone which also sucks. And my wife has to work Christmas night. Thankfully she works a mile or less from home. I just don't want her to get stuck there.

Feeling grateful but confused. I just received an Amazon gift card via email from a name I don't recognize. 🤔 😯

I'm taking Friday off. I admit it, I'm a wimp when it comes to harsh snow conditions. It's going to take the last of my vacation time (I blew all my vaca time on Covid illness this year). But my leads get to stay home and work from there and get paid. 😠

Finally finished the box that would become the urn and final resting place for my wife's beloved dog Marcus who she lost a couple of years ago. I'm happy that she's happy with it.

So, I just watched a documentary on Prime about James Bond music and it was highly satisfying. I'll have that tune in my head now for the next few days.

Back in the 80's, I was hoping that by the time we reached the 2000's, we'd have more of a Star Trek type society complete with food replicators...and boy was I disappointed.

I'm not a religious person but I like the architecture of many churches. This one is the Chapel of The Holy Cross that sits up amongst the red rocks of Sedona.
