@benjaminftw I saw Springsteen in Oakland in 1985. It was the only performer I stood in line 8 hours for to get tickets. And I'm not even a Springsteen fan. My GF wanted to see him. But I must admit, he put on a good show.

One thing I notice as I get older; I can't take the heavy bed covers like I used to. I can't even tuck my covers under the mattress because of the pressure on my feet. My wife gave me my b-day gift early; an electric blanket. I love it! It's the little things that make us happy.

This is a documentary from 2008. I watched it this week and was pretty blown away in many ways. It brought to light what awesome, talented musicians were around in the 50's-60's that very few have heard of. It also blew my mind finding out that a huge chunk of bands and singers used them on their albums. The Beach Boys, among others, didn't actually play on their albums. I recommend watching it, if you have the means to. amazon.com/Wrecking-Crew-Brian

Contemplating whether or not to go to work this morning. Already feeling ill from the UC, last night our dog met up with a skunk. The smell woke me up at 1 am. My wife had let her out to go potty. Then she had to bathe her with special skunk deodorizer but it didn't really help much. Too cold to open the windows, so I didn't get much sleep. Ugh. The smell will linger for days.

@Graci @researchbuzz I lived most of my life in California, which I adored but it became too expensive. I then moved to Northern AZ. I can't say I loved the desert. After 14 yrs and being laid off due to Covid, we decided to move to MI. My wife is from MI and her family is here. I just have to get used to the winters, LOL. I LOVE the greenery and the lakes are magnificent.

In the winter months, I tend to ask myself why I chose to move to Michigan. But there are definite perks, especially if you're a member of the LGBTQ+ community.

@LnzyHou Hi Lindsay. Sorry for the late reply. My UC is acting up and making me feel icky. With the encroachment of humans in areas where the wild animals roam, we tend to see them more closer to home. These Javelina stopped across the street (when I lived in AZ) for some apples that dropped from the tree. They can be dangerous though. You have to take care around them.
