@Jene_Sais_Quoi kind of reminds me of migrant workers hanging around companies hoping they'll be picked for a day's work.

@Smersh @tyghebright That's absolutely true. More now than years ago. I've noticed a difference in employers since my early days of working. Which is why I can't wait to get out from under them and retire. I've had it with corporate America.

@tyghebright I'm the opposite. Don't like large companies. Prefer smaller ones where they see your value and pay what you're worth. I'm stuck at a large company now. Million dollar company and the pay sucks.

Crazy Michigan weather; Sunday, sunny. Monday, heavy snow and sleet. Tuesday, sunny. Wednesday, rain and snow. I'm on a rollercoaster ride. Meanwhile, Loki soaks up today's sun.

@Meidasdee Thank you. Unfortunately, I don't have many people to reach out to. I mainly journal my feelings. Have a wonderful Saturday πŸ’š

@ACG2 I truly hope we do get some sunny days. The snow is still falling. Can't wait for April πŸ™‚ . Thanks for checking in. I appreciate it. Have a stellar day! πŸ’š

@EmpressofEnby Hi Mel. Thank you for that. Yes, I'm managing. It's all highs and lows but I know at some point it will subside. Hope you have a marvelous Saturday. πŸ’š

Good morning, 'Nauts. I've been a little MIA as of late. Yes, I suffer from depression and have since I was a teen. I don't think this winter weather is helping. I try not to be a downer to others and so I tend to disappear from social media instead. I do pop on from time to time and check out the wonderful photography. I hope you're all doing well. Be kind to each other. πŸ’š

None of the 45000 animals killed were endangered species, says the Ohio Department of Natural Resources in regard to the Ohio train derailment, so I guess it's okay then. S/ 😑 bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-6

@LnzyHou Me too. How people just shrug off the loss of animal lives because they're still considered beneath humans. Life is life. And it all affects this planet. I swear this planet would be far better without humans on it.

@Wolfman It goes beyond dioxin. Our packaged foods; which contain things blocked in other countries, the plastic we use that won't disintegrate, the oceans getting polluted...it all revolves around greed and dark money. We have the ability to move away from oil, coal but it's being suppressed due to greed.

If you consider yourself openminded, you might want to check out Dr. Steven Greer's research on the dark money trail. I recommend: youtu.be/cGRroNrNGso

@Wolfman Plenty, I'm sure. Including the human species (which isn't endangered yet). We are so screwed by Corporate greed and dark money. If we're lucky, we have another 20 years.

@DavidGTilley Expected to get 3-8 inches which isn't too bad but yes, we've already had alerts from our internet saying that outages are possible. I'm thankful we have a generator. I'm looking forward to retiring. My part time job isn't really worth the risk of driving there, TBO.
