Uh oh…move over Kale…I think you’re going to be replaced real soon with the newest craze……watercress! Let’s see if it takes off. (I’m sure it will)
@Patti1120 I've been using it in salads for awhile , since I can buy it in bags, not clamshells. Quite nutrious it seems, and tastes better than kale ( which I also eat regularly & grow ) 🥬

@Patti1120 since kale is not particularly good, maybe. watercress has somewhat limited use however so maybe not
