If you want to help fight back against the bills and legislation trying to hurt the LGBTQ+ community and population of the US, here's how you can start. Contact your state representatives and house members, you have the facts, you have the science based studies relating to the benefits of gender affirming care for all of us, push them to understand that they must not allow these bills to pass into law. #LGBTQ

Another way you can help is volunteering, or donating to legal groups helping fight these bills from being put to law. ACLU and HRC are a big presence in helping us fight for equal rights, and fair laws nationally. Another group to be aware of that's fighting back is Equality Texas, Southern Equality, and Outfront! Even a small donation to them helps us in a BIG way. #LGBTQ
