Tomatoes, garlic and herbs from my garden.
This might be enough Marinara sauce to get me through to next year's harvest :)
@InvaderGzim @LnzyHou Nice, thanks but I prefer square or rectangular ones as they use much less space in a fridge/freezer. I have a bunch of Pyrex round ones (this size and larger) and they really take up a lot of room because of their shape.
When making huge sized sauces, I let cool entirely & place in heavy duty baggies to freeze as takes up less space in freezer.
Also buying plastic containers is very difficult for me. I reuse carry out containers designed for single use. Even take with me when I know there will be leftovers. I stopped going to restaurants that only provide styrofoam containers.
Just an alternate thought.
@LnzyHou I've been using Ziplocs but too often I've found the bottom corners leaking when thawing. The plastic containers I'm using are very strong and last forever. Plastic bags have very limited reusability then depending where you are can't be recycled.
Heavy duty zip bags work for me when I make green chili.

For the future... Consider pint sized deli containers?
You can get them on Amazon...
Very good for freezing stocks and sauces...
Looks good, btw...
