I’m worried about our DD and would like to hear how others handle this.

She’s switched careers in our school district, from lead cafeteria at a HS to an aide in an autistic class of elementary kids.

She got hurt a lot in the kitchen. Burns, cuts, back/shoulder & knee strain & I was happy she left. But now she’s being assaulted. Bites, scratches, muscle strains are more frequent not less. She loves them but they are kicking her ass.

How does your district keep both kids and employees safe?
