It’s raining still…but the sun is shining so we go this!! This is the second time in about five years that we’ve had a double rainbow in this same root! 🤩😍 #rainbows

@NorCalCherylLyn I absolutely can relate to that! I miss 20 years ago when it would be *mostly nice* from April through the end of May and it wouldn't get painfully hot until mid to late June which was great because we have a lot of car shows in Shasta County and I love taking my car out March was mostly prep time ! Now it seems to rain through April then be sizzly by May and somewhere in there is a perfect 2 weeks but you'd better not miss it lol! I'm not even sure when to plant anymore!
@Tattoomonkey29 it has changed pretty dramatically over the years. The swings are more severe and the episodes worse. My plants are as confused about the weather as I am.
@NorCalCherylLyn I feel terrible for all the little critters and plants out there that start thinking *yay spring is here* and then get smacked down by a cold snap or zapped by random heat!!
@Tattoomonkey29 the hummingbirds here have been having a problem this year from the wind. It’s been so bad they can’t fly and I’ve missed them buzzing around.
