Ok. It is not my birthday, it is my husband's 48th birthday though, and it is also theriantropy day!

World does not feel welcoming at the moment but in reality everything is ok.

I'm going to say something very unpopular here. Cops everywhere are not at all the same. Yes, they are in some things: public safety, officer safety. rule of law. But I'm not naive to the fact that in *some* places these aren't true.
It's tough for me to not bristle when I read about bad cops, because I hate those too. But there are lots and lots of good cops who get tarred with the same broad brush when they don't deserve it. /end rant
Im in that wonderful state with my anxiety where I feel fine, everything is on the bounce but the idea of a phone call even with a friend or family feels like a marathon with a 50lb pack on in terms of difficulty, and leaving the house feels like I'm going on some forever journey beyond the stars.
Yeah I'm great, so long as I get to exist in my bubble and engage in only specific forms of mass communication like shouting into the void... Great... yeah!
