10.86 km ran / 6.75 miles!!! First mile 9:56! I’m getting my endurance back. I was truly rung out at the end but I saw it through. My overall pace is not impressive because I’m slowing down in later miles but I am improving!

It's another bright and beautiful day out there. I had to sleep in a bit today. As I was laying down, a buddy needed to talk which kept me up an hour later so I slept an hour later.

Life does that. It's full of caveats that can throw our best laid plans for organization and order, but that is all part of the balance that holds all life.

Life is a cacophony as much as it is a melody, and it is never still.

Another chapter written!

I did a half hour on the elliptical and got a bit of activity. Trying to keep up at least.

I took an hour nap and it helped loads.

Im bloody hungry today.

I figured it out. It looks like my bit blocker app was blocking a script. I disabled bit blocker on Coso because I don't need it and now it all works.

So whenever I load counter social in safari something starts autoplaying and I cannot find it.

The body feels so tired and weary today, so I am taking a rest day. The Gods seem insistent as well.

Listening to Old Path, White Clouds, I heard the teaching on the Sitar.

"If the Sitar is to loose, it will be out of tune, if the string are to tight, they will break. Only in balance can you make music."

Ok... Ok... I get it. :P ^_^

Oh I'm feeling stiff this morning, and a bit groggy.

The aches and soreness are all this proof that I've lived, and worked, it's affirming in its way.

The birds are beginning their morning aubade. It is warm enough, and the world is alive with spring.

It's been a long but productive day.

Tomorrow has all new possibilities to shine for one another.

Onward, toward the dawn!

I don't have all the answers. I don't know how to make up for generations of hatred, and rage, and people killing people, but I know it all starts with just one person deciding to do something different.

So let it start with me. Let me be at least one source of compassion and forgiveness in the world. Maybe others will see and join in, and suddenly its a movement, then its a wave, and suddenly the world is changed.

I keep seeing all this stuff on protests, etc.

What I know is this. Israelis have every right to exist, Palestinians have every right to exist. All Life has the right to exist.

My ultimate focus is finding ways we can all live in peace. I don't want to hate anyone and I don't want to put more hate in the world.

So I wrote out my ideas instead, and wrote down everywhere I want to go so I can later.
