I'm going to my parents church on sunday... Let's hope that doesn't burn... But I can just see someone asking, why do you smell like a barn and a funeral?

As a further aside the inclusions of Frankincense and Myrhh by the wise men was a potential allusion to the crucifixion as it was most normally used in funeral rites.

So I guess I'm going to smell like a 0 AD wake.

This is sounding less and less cool but I'm going to make it work.

I got to use my theology degree today!

So I was in need of Laundry soap. Vegan laundry soap is a total thing, so I normally pick some up when I land.

I ended up getting some from Zum, they are most known by me for making goat milk soaps which I can't use, but their laundry soap was fine. Only 5 ingredients, easily verifible.

The scent they had is Frankincense and Myrrh, so I figure I'm going to smell like a 0 AD stable in Bethlehem.

Rad? I guess we'll find out!

Good morning groovy souls!

I got back to the gym today and I had a solid run. The altitude is much higher than at home so my heart worked harder, but what got me was that the run felt... routine. I wasn't over strained. I just bebopped along and did my hour, all the while my heart rate ticked up over the time.

I feel like I'm making solid progress!
