Hares on a plane!

I'm currently like 35k feet up and moving at a speed of 534 mph.

Technology is truly a human form of magic.

Husband wanted me to get to the wifi. So far I've used it to read books, stream music, and talk to folks.... Which are among the greatest aspirations of the internet as I understand them.

I’m at my gate charging up my phone. Boarding is in about 40 minutes.

Next stop Dallas for my connection!

The Gods are seeking to teach me balance. I've always struggled with sticking transitions.

The key has been to keep pushing even when I slip in what feels like mud. To keep aspiring, to keep working towards the balance that I know I must hold within, even if that balance is hard to hold at moments.

There is always a dawn coming.

I've largely been home since August 10th. There were two minor trips, a week in Salt Lake, a few days in Spokane, and a few in Seattle between then and now, but for the most part I have been home.

It's been good to be back, but it's been difficult to find my momentum. This part of the year has, been a come apart time for me. I rested, but rested to much, ate a bit to much, took a step back from the disciplines that sustain me, all the while holding on to my foundations by my claw tips.

I am off to Texas today to visit my parents and to help them about their house for a bit.

Afterward, I'm off to Virginia.... Again... to do another move.

This is the way. This the path. Sometimes that old road gets long, but there's always a new horizon to chase, and that is a wonderful gift.

I've been so nervous without a case on my phone, but it finally arrived today. ^_^

They cost a little more but the Pela cases are compostable reducing plastic waste. I highly recommend them.

I am quiet stiff and sore this morning, but I think the body is on the mend. Planking was a true terror today.

I'm not going to run today with hopes I can begin again tomorrow.
