The moments of stress came and went like an evaporating fog. The stress that existed because of strained timetables, gave way to moments of pristine beauty.

Each moment, had its own way of being perfect, and I had the privilege of being there for it.

Now it is time to take a perfect moment of rest before turning towards the next tasks.

It's been a very long day of driving but a very good day!

There was so much beauty to see. Beautiful green trees, blue skies, some very impressive bridges stretched over expanses of seemingly endless blue water.

There was the joy of seeing my sister in spirit, Hippie, again and being reunited with her. The communion of a shared meal, and the joyful planning of our trip back to Castle Rock.

Yes there was traffic, and lots of driving, but the day was so much greater!

After 11 hours of driving, I am in Annapolis with my buddy Hippie Goodwitch!

We'll be packing up her place, over the next couple days, then its on to the next adventures!

I found out today a buddy is probably going to need me in August back in Richmond to help them recover from Spinal Stenosis Surgery, so I'll only be home for so long!

I am awake, on the bounce, and preparing to depart in a little under an hour.

My visit with @Vozy has been beyond incredible and I'm going to miss him, @BosmangBeratna and @LlamaMountainStudioArts .

It's been the most amazing blessing to connect with them , but a wandering hare is meant to wander.

There will be a next time, Gods willing.

As I reflect on this news that is breaking it is my hope that this grants a moment of pause that will lead to healing for all of us. When I see that side of the political world I see suffering and I hope for them to find a peace they desperately need. This includes the GOP front runner. He lives in a type of hell. No matter how much of it is of his own making it’s still a hell.

So this day became historic

It’s a beautiful day with a touch of melancholy as it’s my last day with @Vozy . As much as I’ll miss being here though I have much to be look forward to as I’ll soon be home and tomorrow I get to see more of my spirit family !

Even the melancholy has a hidden joy. That I will miss being here reminds me of the strength of that connection and how much I cherish the good souls that bring such joy to my life.

Having a beautiful and slow morning here. I took my time with meditation and morning warmup. Soon I’m going to run, do a little law firm work and gently go through my day.

For all the joys of activity these last few days, today feels like that moment just after a run of knowing accomplishment and joy while looking towards a moment of pause with gratitude for all that’s been done.
