I've had an amazing day attending a Sangha, and spending time with people I've been hoping to meet for a while

I know I haven't been on as much here. I miss you all. My absence is only temporary

Part of what has made this trip so memorable is meeting my fellow Cosonauts

It's just been incredible. This place has been a gateway to so much joy, and renaissance in my life

It’s a great day because we breathe and are here for each other! It’s a brilliant late spring morning here in New York State.

Life sings with joy in concert with the birds; the long winter a distant memory.

Solid 5 mile run! It’s tougher with the higher elevation but awesome all the same!

The mountains are beautiful here, the birds sing their joyful morning songs. Cool humidity still drifts on the breeze, but I know it's fleeting. Today will be a scorcher and if I don't move tail the time will see the day become a muggy wall of heat.
