The day has flown, as Ive begun prep for my trip. Where did the time go?

Time for bed prep groovy souls!

Onward towards the dawn!

It was a busy night at the gym, and I was dragging on that second cardio set, but I saw it through!

Tomorrow is my last gym session for a few weeks before I head off on travels.

My app is unhappy, but I'm listening carefully to my body and making certain I don't over strain...mostly...

It's time for me to start my wind down in preparation for sleep.

I would be remiss if I didn't leave a big thank you to everyone that responded to my coming out post.

It brought so much joy to my heart, especially given all that's been in the news with all the hatred and judgement lately targeting trans folks.

Transition has allowed me to live my life somewhat as myself, and for that I'm grateful. With the rise of virtual worlds, and ongoing interest in transhumanism, maybe I'll be able to take it all the way someday.

I am home after dropping off spirit sister. Very tired beast at the moment. Been up about 20 hours.

Time to go flop....

Workout stats!

I made my app unhappy. It says I'm pushing a bit to hard, but I am trying to be moderate in my run. I'm finally getting back to my runs again and it feels great to do so. I'm going slow, and running on inclines or declines to better simulate a normal running pattern, but I'm hoping by January to be back to the daily 10k

It's so hard in process, but that's part of the joy, overcoming all those things inside that say I can't and that I'm spent

I might slow down, but I won't stop

I am up very late, but I think its time to finally curl up on my mat and rest a while.

Gym Stats!

I ran on the treadmill at home today. The idea was distance, at a slow pace. I'm focusing on upping the cardio while reducing my impact. As such, I utilized the incline and decline feature on my treadmill.

Tomorrow I hit the gym for 5 remaining days of weight training before I head to Texas, where I wont have a gym for 2wks.

I'll be running out on the prairie, and using resistance bands if they arrive in time.

This week is going to be busy! My company goes home on Tuesday, and I fly out to Texas on Saturday!

My focus for this week is on nailing down my routine and sleep schedule, prepping for my trip, and maximizing the remaining time with my sister in spirit.
