Gym Stats!
I ran on the treadmill at home today. The idea was distance, at a slow pace. I'm focusing on upping the cardio while reducing my impact. As such, I utilized the incline and decline feature on my treadmill.
Tomorrow I hit the gym for 5 remaining days of weight training before I head to Texas, where I wont have a gym for 2wks.
I'll be running out on the prairie, and using resistance bands if they arrive in time.
A note on my time... It was an hour not 54 minutes. I forgot to restart the watch when I accidentally hit the emergency stop on the treadmill... It happens.
