There are days I wish things were like a light switch where I could just turn them off. But it doesn't always work like that does it?

@duglop It's not a perfect fix, but in those moments where my thoughts get bad, I focus on my mindfulness training and watching my breathing. "I am breathing in, I am breathing out." Not control, just watch it, and let that fill up my thinking.

It can stave off an anxiety attack, sometimes.

@NiveusLepus I understand what you're talking about I'm not executive talking about situations like that I'm talking about coming home from work after a very frustrating shift and not being able to shut that frustration off because you know you're going to turn right around and walk back into the same bullshit

@duglop That would be tough. Is it just the holiday season being busy there, or has it be getting more miserable over time?

@NiveusLepus no this is an everyday thing now we have less people than 1st shift does but we do More shipping & receiving than they do our warehouse and coolers are at capacity someone from another shift doesn't understand the system and is putting stuff away wrong and we have to find it which means we have to unload a cooler just to get 1 pallet and the coolers are huge but there's no room to maneuver in them... I work at the largest pharmaceutical company in the world.. holidays complicate it
