Zooming by again as I’m off to the gym. Today is my father’s birthday and I am so excited that I am here to celebrate with him!
I actually overslept quite a bit, being so tired when I set my alarm I set it wrong. My Gods must have decided this old beast needed more sleep.

@elmaxx It has been a joyous trip. Often when I travel it’s in the hopes of helping people recover, or move, or face a challenge in their lives.
Months ago, my friend asked if I might spend his birthday with him. He’s got a lot of anxiety and has been through a lot of trauma. The proximity to my parents meant I could surprise Dad on his birthday too.
Dad had a stroke this year, and things have been hard on him. It is a humbling joy to be here to honor the lives of these good souls.
