First hour of #hareday and we are on the bounce!
The day starts with me putting up my mat to make room for my office chair. I built this little space for me, and I'm rather happy with it.
Next, the day always starts with a 3 minute plank and a big glass of water, so this is the other mat in my life.
Time for meds!
Next, I get cleaned up a little, make coffee, sit in meditation, and then I'm off to the gym!
This one was a little harder to photograph in a way I thought was interesting. Chores are a big part of my morning routine. There is a joy to be found in setting things to order. I actually like sweeping quite a bit.
