I find it more annoying than I should that the VAST majority of what you see in the realm of application security these days is simple regurgitation and rebranding of long-since-realized, simple vulnerabilities.

If you're a skiddie, great -- every exploit is a new vulnerability, ripe for naming and trademarking.Have at it. But at least admit that you're just a skiddie.

If you're an actual hacker, it's always down to basics...and those rarely change.

Old shoulder plate on the right, new version on the left. Working on a reprint of the cuirass now...then on to the helmet.

And...I'm back. Yeah, I know...no one cares :)

Summary of goings-on:
- reprinting portions of what is now a Paz Vizsla tribute costume (new X1C printer is _nice_)

- returned from our first trip to Portugal...and now looking to move there (permanently) within 10 years. So there's that, which is nice.

- _might_ have confirmation of a new wolfhound pup coming later this year...about 4 weeks before officially official

What it IS: "We have an arms dealer of yours. He's been in prison since 2008 on a 25 year sentence. All of his contacts have long since been burned and you can't find armaments anyway. We'll release him 10 years early in exchange for Griner."

For those posting the constant barrage of "Go Vote" posts -- do you really think that's doing anything other than making noise?

I mean, does anyone really think there's someone sitting there today who sees that and says "oh...crap...I hadn't realized that was today. I should go vote!" 'Cuz that's pretty much all you could possibly be after at this point -- those who decided not to vote have long since made that decision, you're not changing anything.
