Made a simple dinner tonight as the partner had a memorial service to attend. Bockwurst, potato (yellow) and cabbage saute with green apple. Salt and pepper to taste. Potatoes pan fried on medium heat in .5 ounces of bacon grease until mostly done. Add the meat, cabbage and apple, cover and cook 10 to15 minutes on low heat until cabbage is done enough for you. Remove lid and cook at medium to medium high heat to drive off excess water. Only 44 calories an ounce. Yum! #CoSoFood #whatsfordinner
Poached eggs are yummy! This is neither. But seriously, qhy disavow consumming animal products but insist they still look (and taste!) like animal products? That's rhetorical of course because there is no sensible answer.
Maybe because that would be a violation of his right to privacy? I swear, these headlines are pulling out all the stops in the, "Oo, oo, oo! Click me! Click me," idiocy.

Today's project was a reorg of my coffee counter. With the 'death' of my old coffee pot and a switch to afternoon tea (and obligatory reduction in coffee consumption,) I decided an electric kettle and French press was the way to go. Used it as an opportunity to move mugs out of the cupboard and install hooks for hanging so all the counter containers, teas, hot chocolates, etc, could move behind doors. Without the big old machine and the containers there's now 60" of counter freed for use. #happy
