Not really. Congress and SCOTUS are equal status branches of the U.S. government. SCOTUS can't demand a Senator appear before then and the opposite is true. If Congres feels a justice is corrupt, they can impeach the justice just as they can impeach a President. Other than that, there is nothing the legislative or executive branch can do to the judicial branch. That's the way the founding fathers wanted it and it is 100% the rule of constitutional law.
