That article was some of the best investigative reporting I have seen in a long while. The Miami Herald deserves the Pulitzer.
I hope a thorough official investigation will be done, referrals for prosecution made in any cases not barred by statutes of limitations, and that justice is finally served. There are so many men who ought to rot in prison but whose status has protected them.
