I've been doing that for years. And not just re: football. Cool shows on premium channels I have to pay more for are not being seen by moi. And I'm OK with that.

@okika_hilo @MookyTroubadour hard agree, my attitude is either 'I'm not subscribing for one show' or 'if there are several shows I want to watch, I'll subscribe for one month and watch the shows I want and then cancel'. If the service doesn't allow that, I don't bother.
