First full day in the new house.
Simple dinner.
Need to go back 1100 miles and get the spices and the rest of my kitchen.
But not today.
3 days to load.
3 days travel.
3 hours to unload.
3 weeks to unpack.
We made it to our new house. We got the truck unpacked yesterday. Returned the truck today. Bought some things to get through until my next trip.
One should not have to contact a company on a social media platform to have a customer service issue resolved.
I need to have less death around me.
There I said it.
Packing up, cleaning out, found my JJ’s collar. I lost him during Covid.
He was such a momma’s boy. He literally hated most people.
He was one of those that found me.
His full name;
John Henry Francis Jr.
I don’t think Blake likes me.
Our final leg into Colorado Springs.
Signing papers tomorrow, final walk through.
There are no coincidences, RIGHT?
Today is my 10th anniversary. Yeah us. We were introduced at the reception to The Imperial March.
Today I open my home page and see a story about a German warship blasting The Imperial March on the Thames. (story attached)
As I'm reading that, I'm scrolling on the clock app, and the video pops up.
THERE ARE NO COINCIDENCES.
RIGHT?!?!?

In one week, I start a journey that leads to the next chapter in my life.
Husband and I are leaving to go sign the closing docs on our new house.
It’s still not sinking in yet.
I’m still trying to wrap my head around the fact that the bank gave us money to buy a house.
Sitting watching The Olympics. Trying to figure out what we are watching. Every other game, it was women’s <insert obvious sport>, men’s <insert obvious sport> by the potatoes talking.
This one, we’ve watched it twice, not once have the potatoes mentioned what it is.
We decided that it’s glorified dodgeball.
Who knew that moving 1100 miles away was going to be so expensive?
I appreciate your follow, I probably won't follow you back though. :) Resident LUSH. Prefers Whiskey, but Rum will do in a pinch.
