For the past few years (2 any way) they have been paying my mother $160 a month for rent and utilities. This is after not paying 5 years.
The agreement was $300 a month. They have not paid in a month. I sent an email 30 days ago.
There is bad blood between my cousin and my mom because of this, Facebook about it.
Just sent another email. I'm limiting internet from 9am to 5pm unless I get paid $100. ONE THIRD the original agreement.
Am I wrong? I'm not threatening to kick him out. I'm just asking for a contribution to expenses.

I really hate family. Some more than others.
My uncle is living in the house that was inherited by my mom. There was an agreement that he pay rent, $300 a month. Pretty cheap for our area for a room with full utilities.

Mom dies, no payment since January. I send email asking for $100 a month. No response.
I had no clue this tree had a name. I commented to hubs on the way to Key West, crossing Seven Mile Bridge, about the tree growing on the other bridge.

Sticker located on top of mini fridge in hotel room. In front of microwave. Yes, microwave has plugs in it. Not certain sticker is for them.

Made it to Miami. Had a stop in Hialeah to pick up an Amazon package. Hit the Keyes tomorrow. Have a drink in Mom’s honor. Head home Sunday.

That have McPizza also. And full cakes. And all sorts of weird stuff on their menu. Waffle cone. Frozen cokes. Arcade. It was an experience to visit and the only other destination in Florida that I wanted to see, besides the Keyes. 🤷♀️
Stopped in Orlando, so I HAD to visit the biggest McDonald’s. Got a McPhillie and McPasta, because, reasons. I could. Doggos got chickie nuggies because they have put up with me for over 2000 miles. Hanging out in hotel rooms and all. Spending hours in the car. Being the bestest bois ever. We have one more leg to Miami tomorrow. Then a day trip to the Keyes from there. Spending 2 days in Miami. Then racing back home so I can go to the dentist on Thursday. 🙄
