Got yelled at over on the book of faces for using Gab/Tram drug combo for my dog to take him to the vet, you know, so he won't eat the vets face.
"BuT OpIoIdS!!!" Stupid drugs!!! Training, blah, blah, blah.
Sigh. Don't make assumptions about my dog when you don't know him, or his history.
I would rather drug my dog to be seen at the vet than but him down because he attacked someone at the vet. Literally the ONLY location he has issues.
I hate people.
I don't see him over here jonesing for his next fix.
@MrsBentoBako I have two rescue dogs that have to be given trazedone before they go to the vet.
@MrsBentoBako Geez, some people. It's not cocaine, fgs. It saves the vet from getting bitten and the dog from trauma. People get white coat anxiety when they go to the Dr's office, so can animals. Plus, dogs/cats may not like the smell of the office and meds,sanitzer,ect.

Yeah. Like that wasn’t a fucking option when he tried to eat the vet the first time. He still has a 20lb head, even if he is muzzled he still is an 80lb dog and will get out of your soft muzzle with the swipe of a paw.
UGH. PEOPLE.

I did tell them they were wholly unqualified to have an opinion about me or my dog. 😁
