If you add powdered milk to your milk are getting more milk per milk?
@MrGoat Alton Brown used to call that UBERmilk. I think he used it for pancakes.
@MrGoat GIs in WWII used to get powdered, milk, powdered coffee, and powdered eggs.
They’d joke that next the army would issue them powdered water.

@MrGoat At one point in my childhood, milk prices took a steep hike, and my father was not content to swallow the difference, at least at first. He tried to get us all using powdered milk instead. I was a very skinny kid, and that was my primary source of a lot of nutrition, and after my first serving I wouldn't touch the stuff. The real stuff was back in the house inside of 2 weeks.
