@MrGoat I think the market is impacted by the supply issue which goes back to my previous question. We need some damned restrictions on that too.
@MrGoat A landlord does not provide housing. Landlords take housing away from people, and then rent the housing to pay for _their_ mortgages and to get _more_ property.
When you rent, you are paying your landlord's mortgage and bills.
