@EelGM oh gosh it’s my grandma’s recipe but it’s very simple- equal parts yellow and zucchini I do about three-four each. Cut up with about 5 tomatoes and some onion. Toss in as much garlic as your heart tells you too, season well with salt and pepper and mix with olive oil. Then put in as much freshly shredded medium cheddar as you want and mix that well.
Cook in a 350 oven for 45 to an hour or until the squash is tender and cooked!
