Okay. You know my Inner Child is running rampant today as the adult is in Covid relapse.
She searched Bubble on your provided link and found the Christmas tree bubble nightlight. Faster than a speeding bullet, she dug out the credit card and ordered the bubble tree. Says it will be festive in our windowless kitchen.
We must not encourage this irresponsible behavior in IC.

And well you should. She’s not to be trusted before Christmas. Besides, we already got flannel sheets for the van with bears and Christmas trees. She thinks they are too “adult”.

No room/desire for tree any longer. I decorate with amaryllis & poinsettia with lights. Baby pictures of me and Abby.

@MotherDucker mostly sentimental ornaments with a smattering of shatterproof balls.
Koda likes to take one ornament in particular off the tree everyday and then lays it back on the branches. I'm sure as he gets older the ornament placement will shift. 😂
@MotherDucker this is a struggle among us between minimalism, heirloom, color, and pattern. It was easier when the kids were little and they just put up everything we had. That was actually my personal preference, and now some ornaments get retired just because they're moldy or broken!
@MotherDucker We used to have a silver and blue aesthetic when we were just a couple, because nobody has a curated Yule tree when they have kids. We figured that was our chance!
As expected, it is now full of homemade decorations all over the place. Budding Bodhisattva helps decorate, but loves using the step ladder so it's fairly even 😄

Kids are grown so they no longer here to help. My roll is carrying boxs of decorations up and making myself scarce while the wife decorates the tree. Then I carry the boxes until it's time to take it all down.
We have enough ornaments to do several trees. Mostly glass characters.

@MotherDucker mine looks like the tree and everything that goes on it did a whole lot of meth and wrestled itself. The lights are all multi colored and the ornaments are just the round cheap ones from Walmart.
