@MotherDucker lol I missed the part saying it was Cajun spiced Jack fruit and thought “wait a minute, Jack fruit isn’t spicy, I’m confused.”
Okay, so the Jackfruit (which I have never before tried) was actually delicious... But mega-spicy. While I appreciate a good spicy dish, I can already tell that Cajun spice will come back to haunt me. 😳
