SHOTS FIRED NEAR POWER STATION IN SOUTH CAROLINA
Shots were fired near a Duke Energy hydropower station in S. Carolina officials from the com & local authorities said. Company employees saw someone pull up in a truck around 5:30 p.m. Wed & use a long gun to fire shots near the Wateree Hydro Station, Ridgeway, then speed away. Duke Energy spokesman Ryan Mosier said the company is working with the FBI as it investigates the incident.

In my experience, the request to sign a petition is just a prelude to a request for money. Delete is the easiest/safest. It’s better to write your own letter to a rep stating your position of support or otherwise.
