@MisterFoxGuy Yeah, that too 😂 . But this one reminds me more Doctor Evil from Austin Powers (obviously It's a James Bond parody). But thinking about it, I don't know If Inspector Gadget had something to do with it (to create those villains that have a cat to pet). But I believe Bond movies came first (Inspector Gadget was created in 1983). I don't know, childhood memories I wouldn't mind to pet a cat right meow.
