No trick-or-treaters yet. Starting to get a little worried. One, that we won't have any. And two, that if we get any, those lucky few will get so much candy we'll end up on Google Maps as "that cool house that hands out the diabetes".

@MisterFoxGuy Yeah, don't know where all the kids are. Things must really be bad if kids don't want free candy anymore.
@xavierrstout When I was a kid, nothing much would stop me from getting free candy. Even if it snowed, which it did often in MA. Even if I was wearing a cheap costume, which was often. Free candy was like booze back then, and I don't drink anymore, so candy still rules.
@MisterFoxGuy Nothing would stop us in Louisiana either. The second it was dark, regardless of weather, or whether we had school the next day or not, we'd hit the streets in costumes with our pillowcases ready to hold pounds of candy.
@MisterFoxGuy 😂 😂 😂
@MisterFoxGuy ours was a little light too- we didn’t really have time to decorate much, and they were calling for rain tonight- but we did get enough that I’m glad I put some of the goods stuff aside for the little kid next door.
@HerTinkness I miss having the kids come around. Before the pandemic hit, I think we had at least 30-40 kids. 2021 was decent, maybe 15 or so. Now none. I might send a lot of it with the wife when she heads to work. As if she needs more reasons for people to like her. 😂
@MisterFoxGuy lol
