Incredible testimony on BFMTV from this mayor of Melitopol who was kidnapped for several days by the Russians. He says they had no idea what’s going on. They told him we’re here to get the Nazis - he said I’ve been in this town 30 years and I’ve never met one….

This is heartbreaking to me, if true. Which I expect it is.
Imagine being lied to like that to the extent that you bomb, kill, and kidnap your neighbors, and destroy their cities. It would be like us here thinking Canada or Mexico is swarming with Nazis, killing a bunch of innocent people...I can't even imagine how horrifying it would be to discover I'd been lied to and manipulated to do those things. 💔 😨
