@Klaatu_Veratta_Nectarine Could be, if DHS does start shit like they are in Portland. I'm skeptical, and think Lightfoot maybe is being naive. Not sure yet.
As far as Cleveland, is it in the 100-mile border zone, or a sanctuary city? I'll check my maps.
Oh, they're not scared. Barr & Wolf have cover from the current occupant of the WH, which confers power on them, so they think. We'll see.

@MisterE Yes, Cleveland is on Lake Huron. Great Lakes are international waters.
