Good morning, @Mandypar!
Going to be an early season hot one here -- 90 F. I don't think it's gets quite that warm where you live?
Good morning, @Minholkin!
An overflow of iris -- taken at a rest stop earlier. A highway rest stop, can you believe?
Good morning, @LlamaMountainStudioArts
What a busy morning you are having!
We got our garden in last night, whew. It was a family effort and I was glad for the help.
Morning @LlamaMountainStudioArts
7 foot garden fence with caution tape flappers.
Stinky deer and rabbit spray.
Luck we have no falling trees or marauding bears.
That's what it takes to have a garden here.
Homegrown tomatoes are worth it.
Good morning, @Mandypar!
How is your day going? The birds are singing this morning -- one noisy little Carolina wren in my rhododendron by my bedroom window serenading me.
Morning @Minholkin!
My daughter picked the cherries last night. Going to jam them, I think, before I eat them all.
In always delighted when I find a bluegrasser pickin'at some classical. But what about the other way around? Check out Grammy award winning classical violinist Austin Hadelich's arrangement of Orange Blossom Special on an Italian masterpiece of violin craftsmanship from 1744! #cosomusic
Rained steadily all night. Rain is moving out now and the birds are singing. Merlin tells me I have a scarlet tanager singing in my trees; I have never seen one here before.
In the 60s F; high about 70 F. Maybe thunderbumpers later, but I hope not. It's our open house at work -- Patton Day at the Marshall Foundation Library.
Be kind.
Good morning, @Mandypar!
Happy Saturday, I hope.
